The tour felt rushed, and the safety rules were barely explained, actually, I’d say they were mentioned so quickly that it was hard to feel prepared. Some of the equipment also looked worn out, which didn’t help. I was hoping for a better experience, but I wouldn’t book with them again.

I emailed a couple of times about my booking and couldn’t figure out what was happening or when I was supposed to hear back. By the time someone finally replied, it felt like it was basically too late to do much with the information. I also tried calling, but just ended up sitting on hold. Super frustrating when you’re trying to plan out a cruise day and the timing is already confusing enough.

The tour guide made the whole experience. Super friendly, knew tons about the area, but never made it feel like some boring lecture. Kept everyone moving without making us feel rushed. Also helped with little things, like where to get the best photos and when to dodge the crowds. Really glad we booked this one

They showed up on time, knew exactly where to meet us, and kept everyone moving along without making it feel too rushed. The van was clean as well, which I definitely appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars because the pickup details could’ve been a little clearer, at least in my opinion, but overall it was a good experience.

We were picked up right on time in the morning, which was a great start. After that, though, the tour felt a bit rushed. By the time we got to each stop, it seemed like we only had a few minutes before needing to move on again. I still enjoyed parts of the day, but looking back, I wish there had been more time to actually take everything in
